Returns & Exchange Policy
Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase. The product needs to be returned in it's original condition with all packaging elements in tact. If there is not a suitable replacement in stock you will be issues with store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit does not expire and will be sent to you via email within 2-5 working days of the return of your order. To request a return please send a mail to infot(at)frontierprovisions(dot)africa containing your order number/details and we'll get back to you soon after to make arrangements.
Please Note: We do not refund or cover return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that you have experienced a production issue with one of our products you might be eligible for a full refund. Please send a email to infot(at)frontierprovisions(dot)africa with your order number along with a photo and description of the fault, and we'll sort you out as soon as possible.
